Why ramp up
A new mailbox, or one that has never sent cold email, earns trust with receivers over weeks. Raising its volume gradually, and spreading sends over the working day, keeps its reputation while it grows.
To send more, add mailboxes (ideally on a separate domain from your main one) rather than pushing one mailbox harder.
How to read the plan
Each row is a week: what one mailbox sends a day, what all of them send, and that week's total. After the last row, every mailbox stays at your target.
The numbers are yours: the starting values are placeholders, not a rule.
Questions
What daily volume should a mailbox aim for?
It depends on the mailbox's age, your replies and your bounce rate. Many senders keep each mailbox to a few dozen cold emails a day, and add mailboxes to grow.
Do follow-ups count?
Yes, every email sent counts toward a mailbox's daily volume, first emails and follow-ups alike.
What should be in place before I start?
SPF, DKIM, a DMARC policy, and MX records so replies arrive.
Does Coolie pace sending for me?
Yes: Coolie spreads each mailbox's sends over its working hours, within the daily limits you set in its sending settings.
Where Coolie comes in
Coolie runs the plan: campaigns of email and LinkedIn steps that react to each lead, with A/B tests, sent from your own accounts within the daily caps you set.
