Seven stages, the first three set for you
The board has a column for each stage: New, Contacted, Replied, Meeting, Proposal, Won and Lost. A contact starts in New, moves to Contacted once an email, a LinkedIn invitation, message or InMail, or a call goes out to them, and to Replied once they answer.
Only you know when a meeting is booked, a proposal sent or a deal won: drag the card to its column, or open the contact and choose its stage. A stage you set stays, whatever happens next.
One timeline per contact
Open a contact to see everything that passed between you, the latest first: how it was found, its research, each email and LinkedIn step, calls, replies, out-of-office answers, bounces and unsubscribes, beside your notes, your tasks and every stage you set.
Notes and tasks
Write down what you learnt on a call, or add a task with the day it is due, like sending the proposal. The tasks due today and the overdue ones wait above the board, each a click away from its contact.
Your accounts, company by company
The Accounts tab groups your contacts by company, with how many you have there, the furthest stage one of them reached and the last touch. Search by name or company, or keep one agent's leads or one list's contacts.
Small on purpose
The Pipeline is made for founders and small teams who don't run a CRM. It has no deal values or forecasts, no reports, no email or calendar sync and no stages of your own, and your stages, notes and tasks are yours, not shared with your team.
If your team already works in HubSpot or Pipedrive, keep it: you can send your leads there from Coolie.
Frequently asked questions
Does Coolie include a CRM?
Yes, a lite one: the Pipeline. Every lead and contact sits on a board by stage, from New to Won or Lost, with a timeline of every touch, your notes and your tasks.
Do I have to move every contact by hand?
No. A contact moves from New to Contacted when a message or a call goes out to them, and to Replied when they answer. You set the later stages, Meeting, Proposal, Won or Lost, and a stage you set stays until you change it.
Can I keep using HubSpot or Pipedrive?
Yes. The Pipeline is made for teams without a CRM. If you work in HubSpot or Pipedrive, keep it: you can send your leads there from Coolie, or to other tools through webhooks and the API.
How much does it cost?
The Pipeline comes with Coolie at no extra cost. Coolie starts with a 7-day free trial; after it, the Starter plan is $123 a month. The pricing page lists what each plan includes and what credits pay for.
