The steps you can mix
- Email, from your own mailbox.
- LinkedIn profile visit.
- LinkedIn post like and comment.
- LinkedIn invitation, message and InMail.
- Withdrawal of an invitation left unanswered.
Sent from your own accounts
Coolie connects your mailbox (Google, Microsoft or another provider) and your LinkedIn account, and sends from them. Replies come back to you, in your mailbox and in Coolie's inbox.
Paced like a person
Sends are spread over your working hours and days, in your time zone, with an optional random delay whose minimum and maximum you choose. You set each account's daily limit for every action (emails, invitations, messages, InMails, visits, likes, comments, withdrawals), and Coolie warns you when a limit goes above best practice.
It stops when they answer
Coolie can pause a sequence for a lead as soon as the lead replies, and when an out-of-office answer comes back, so nobody gets a follow-up after answering.
Written for each lead
For the leads you research, each step is written from the signal that found them and their research brief. The other leads get your step template, filled with their name, company and title. How campaigns work.
Frequently asked questions
Can Coolie send LinkedIn and email in the same sequence?
Yes. One sequence can mix emails with LinkedIn visits, likes, comments, invitations, messages, InMails and invitation withdrawals, sent from your own accounts.
Which mailboxes can I connect?
A Google or Microsoft mailbox, or another email provider's mailbox.
How does Coolie avoid sending too much?
Sends are spread over your working hours, you set each account's daily limit per action (Coolie warns above best practice), and a sequence can pause as soon as a lead replies or sends an out-of-office answer.
Can I connect Coolie to my other tools?
Yes: CSV export, webhooks, the public API and MCP (for assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor), and native pushes to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Instantly, Smartlead, HeyReach and Salesforge.
How much does it cost?
Coolie starts with a 7-day free trial; after it, the Starter plan is $123 a month. The pricing page lists what each plan includes and what credits pay for.
