Signals

Find leads among the people who engage with your company page on LinkedIn

Coolie's Company LinkedIn signal finds the people who react to or comment on your company page's LinkedIn posts: they already know your brand. Coolie reads each one's profile for their employer and country, keeps those who fit your ideal customer profile and scores them; for the leads you pick, it writes a research brief and a personalized email and LinkedIn sequence, sent from your own accounts. The page's posts are read in public, so there is nothing to connect.

How the Company LinkedIn signal works

  1. Name the company page

Leave it empty and Coolie watches the company page saved in your Settings. Name another page to watch it instead, such as a client's page when you run outreach for them.

  2. Coolie reads who engaged

It reads the page's posts of the past week, in public, and the people who reacted to or commented on them.

  3. It keeps the people who fit your ICP

Coolie reads each person's LinkedIn profile for their job title, employer and country. Those who match your ICP become leads, each with a score.

  4. It researches the leads you pick

For the leads you choose, Coolie writes a research brief (the company's news, the person, the reason to write now) and a personalized email and LinkedIn sequence.

  5. It writes and sends from your own accounts

Email and LinkedIn steps go out from your own mailbox and LinkedIn account, spread over your working hours. You approve each message, or let the agent run on autopilot.

When it is the right signal

  • Your company page posts regularly, and its posts draw reactions.
  • You want to follow up with the people who noticed a launch, an event or a customer story the page shared.
  • You run outreach for several clients and watch each client's page from its own agent.

Which LinkedIn signal for which page

Company LinkedIn watches one company page: yours, or one you run outreach for. Your own posts and your team's belong in LinkedIn Profile, and a competitor's company page in Competitor Profile.

Example (fictional)

You sell a fleet maintenance platform and your company page shares a customer story.

Among the people who react, Coolie finds the Head of Fleet Operations at Marlowe Couriers, 250 employees in Ireland, whose title is in your ICP.

It scores the lead and, once you pick it, drafts a first email and a LinkedIn invitation.

Every company and person in this example is invented.
