AI drafts for your replies

When a lead has written last, the Inbox now opens with a draft of your answer, written from the conversation and your sender profile. Edit it, write another or erase it. Nothing goes until you send it.

If you want a campaign to answer on its own, turn it on in the campaign's settings, under Replies. It is off by default. It never answers someone who is not interested or asks to unsubscribe, or an out-of-office, and it leaves you any reply it should not handle alone.
