Day #6 (7-Day Coolie Program to Book More Meetings)

Day 6 — Get your channels ready: LinkedIn + email

Welcome to Day 6 of your Coolie journey 🚀

Your agents are finding leads, researching tension, and writing sequences. Today we get your two main channels — LinkedIn and email — ready so all that outreach actually lands and converts.

Why both?

Multi-channel outreach improves response rates. LinkedIn reaches people where they already spend time and builds recognition before your email hits. When a prospect sees you in both places, your message sticks — and they're far more likely to reply.

Part 1: Optimize your LinkedIn profile

When your sequence sends a connection request, the first thing a prospect does is click your profile. In 3 seconds it has to scream authority, not salesperson.

Here's how

  1. Revamp your headline. It's the first thing they see — make it about the value you bring, not your title. "Helping B2B sales teams book more meetings" beats "VP of Sales at X."
  2. Craft a killer summary. Your elevator pitch. Speak to your buyer's pain points, outline how you solve them, throw in real numbers. Keep it simple — no jargon.
  3. Highlight wins in your Featured section. Pin your best proof — a case study, testimonial, or media shoutout. Something that proves you're the expert.
  4. Post consistently. 2–3 times a week. Tips, industry trends, personal stories. It keeps you top of mind between touches.
  5. Engage meaningfully. Thoughtful comments on prospects' posts build real connection — not just likes.
  6. Add visuals. Short videos or infographics grab attention in the feed.
  7. Get recommendations. A couple from past clients or colleagues act like testimonials living right on your profile.

Your profile is a sales asset. It tells prospects you're worth the reply before you've said a word.

A quick note on finding clients on LinkedIn: the old playbook had you doing this by hand — finding creators in your ICP regions, tracking their posting times, commenting early, then scanning the comments for prospects to connect with. It works… but it's hours a day.

That's exactly what your Prospect Agent now does for you automatically — monitoring engagement, surfacing the right people, and dropping them in your queue. So spend your energy making your profile great; let the agent do the hunting.

Part 2: Get your email setup right

This is the part most people stress about — and it's mostly handled for you.

Coolie connects via API to your sequencing tool, which takes care of the heavy infrastructure: sending, inbox warm-up, and deliverability setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation).

You don't configure domain authentication by hand or babysit warm-up schedules anymore.

To get set up:

  • Connect your sending tool inside Coolie. Native HubSpot integration; Salesloft and Reply available. Once connected, your sequences send automatically at the right cadence and times.
  • Let warm-up run if you're on a fresh domain — your sequencing tool handles ramping volume gradually so you don't trip spam filters.

And here's why your email lands well beyond the infra: deliverability is really about relevance. Inboxes reward messages people actually engage with. Because every Coolie sequence is anchored to a real tension — not a spammy template — it earns replies, which keeps your sender reputation healthy. Good outbound is good deliverability.

That's both channels ready.
Profile that builds trust, email infra that lands.
