Day #3 (7-Day Coolie Program to Book More Meetings)

Day 3: Working your morning lead queue
Welcome to DAY 3 of the program 🚀
By now your ICP is set and your signals are live (Day 1's work). So here's what's changed while you slept: leads are already surfacing in your account.
The old version of today was the grind nobody misses — finding emails on LinkedIn, running Sales Navigator filters, verifying addresses, scrubbing lists. Hours of it, every day. That entire job is gone. Today is about the new habit that replaces it: working your queue.
What your agents handed you overnight
Before a lead ever reaches you, two agents have already done the heavy lifting:
- The Prospect Agent caught the buying behaviour and pulled the person in.
- The Enrichment Agent filled in their firmographic and social data, then scored and ranked them against your ICP — so your queue arrives sorted by fit, strongest first.
You're not staring at a raw list of names. You're looking at a ranked shortlist of people who fit and just did something that says "I'm in-market."
Your new 10-minute morning routine
This is the whole job now:
- Open your queue and scan top-to-bottom — it's already ranked by ICP score.
- Read the signal on each lead — why did they surface? (commented on a competitor, just hired, just raised, etc.) The signal tells you how warm they are.
- Triage fast. Green-light the strong fits, skip the weak ones. Trust the score, but a 5-second human gut-check keeps quality high.
- Move quickly. Intent has a shelf life — the sweet spot is reaching out within ~72 hours of the signal, while the moment is still fresh. After that, you're just another cold email again.
That's it. No sourcing, no verifying, no list-building. You spend your time deciding who's worth a conversation instead of finding anyone at all.
Why speed matters here
A funding announcement is hottest the week it drops. A competitor complaint is hottest the day it's posted. The faster you act on a fresh signal, the more your outreach feels like good timing instead of interruption — which is the entire reason these leads reply.
What's Next?
You've got warm, ranked leads in front of you. Tomorrow we tackle the part most reps get wrong: what to actually say so they reply.
Take care 🙌
